Directions for Use

Bounce Back is a concentrated nutritional supplement for cattle & calves; horses & foals; goats & kids; sheep & lambs; fawns & elk calves; llamas, alpacas & crias; adult & baby pigs. Please see the following text for mixing and feeding instructions.

When mixing, add powder to warm water and stir to dissolve completely. Do not mix into milk or milk replacer. Do not discontinue regular milk replacer feedings. Discard any unused solution after 24 hours. Store dry powder in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry place. 4 cups=1 quart; 4 quarts=1 gallon When mixed properly, Bounce Back should appear light blue in color.

 

Mixing and Feeding Directions

CALF: Mix 1 packet of Bounce Back into 2 quarts of warm water. Depending on the severity of scours and level of dehydration, bottle-feed 2 quarts of solution 1-3 times daily between regular milk replacer feedings.

FOAL: Mix 1 packet of Bounce Back into 2 quarts of warm water. Offer the solution at a rate of 1 ½ to 2 quarts for each 100 pounds of body weight, twice daily. Feed from a bottle or an open pail secured at chest height.

LAMB OR GOAT KID: Mix 5 level teaspoons of Bounce Back into 2 cups of warm water. Offer the solution at a rate of ½ cup for each 6 pounds of body weight. Feed from a bottle twice daily or free-choice feeder.

BABY PIG: Mix 5 level teaspoons of Bounce Back into 2 cups of warm water. Offer in a free-choice feeder for 1-2 days during weaning, hot weather

CRIA (LLAMA OR ALPACA), FAWN OR ELK CALF: Mix 5 level teaspoons of Bounce Back into 2 cups of warm water. Offer the solution at a rate of ½ cup for each 6 pounds of body weight. Feed from a bottle twice daily or free-choice feeder. Note: Male elk and deer that are bottle-fed should be castrated to help prevent dangerous aggressive behavior.

ADULT CATTLE, SHEEP, GOAT, HORSE, LLAMA, ALPACA OR PIG: Mix 1 packet of Bounce Back into 2 gallons of warm water. Feed free choice from a pail during stress or transport.
