Where Does Rice Bran Come From?
Rice Bran is the brown layer surrounding the white kernel that humans eat and is the most nutritious part of rice. We use a milling process to separate the bran from the rest of the kernel.

Raw rice bran contains an enzyme which breaks down the fat within the bran.This causes the bran to become rancid very quickly. Raw Rice Bran is:
